About Me

Zach is a former Division 1 Men’s Lacrosse player who brings over a decade of experience in sports and fitness. 

 

He is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, currently advancing through the J3U Level 1 Certified Course.

 

Zach focuses on developing lasting habits as the building blocks to achieve any goal. He emphasizes the crucial relationship between fitness and nutrition.

 

Dedicated to empowering you as you pursue improvements in your health, body, and mind, Zach believes that “The best you is behind your next decision.”
